It's protected such that if it falls in the bottom half of the first round (which it almost certainly will), the Celtics do not receive the pick til 2016. In 2016 it's only top 7 protected if I remember correctly.

I went back to double check it. Only top 7 in 2016-2020. So, in all likelihood we'll take the pick in 2016.
