He shot the ball when he was suppose to , but missed a crap load.
AB is a streaky shooter.  There is nothing you can do.  You can only blame the coach if he shot 6-20 and we lost the game

Bradley shot horribly tonight (including 1-11 from 3), and also the two games previous. The six games before that he was 49% from the field and 50% (11-22) from 3. The cyclical 'Bradley stinks' threads seem to always arise from poor shooting stretches. It's ironic to me when in contrast to all these McLemore threads and posts talking like he's a future all-star, given the similarities in their games.

McLemore is taller.

He NEEDS to stop shooting 3s when he is having an off night like tonight but he was 6-10 without the missed 3s. I heard CBS tell him good shot on some of those 3s... so, they are encouraging him to keep shooting. It's not like he shoots 20+ shots, often. Haters gon hate though.

I don't mind criticism but some of you go above and beyond.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

at least McLemore has legit size to play the SG position and a chance to be a good knock down shooter .

I'm not going to act like I know McLemore's game cause I don't but isn't he more athletic then Bradley? I thought he had a quicker first step and better vertical?

People love to harp on height, is he a better defender than AB with all that height? Being taller helps but no matter how much you hate on AB he is better on defense than a lot of guys taller than he is!

AB is an above average athlete for a guy his size.

Mclemore is a freak athlete in general. Dang we had a chance to get him

I'm starting to question Danny's competency as a GM
Come on man. He's a top five Gm. Ask most nba fans.

I personally feel that he's a top three

Danny paid a little more to keep a potential asset

When the salary cap increases, it won't seem that bad
I trust Danny Ainge

He is more athletic but it doesn't seem to have translated to his offense at all. He averages less than 2 free throws a game. He's a jump shooter mostly, though a good one.

Edit: His contribution is not much different than Bradley's, except AB's numbers are a little below his norm so far.

Well one thing for sure, Bradley doesn't have that second gear that McLemore showed there at the end of that clip. Nor those hops. What did happen to Bradley's finishing ability? He used to dunk on those baseline cuts but he hardly ever finishes above the rim anymore.

I think you can only blame the fact that the ball didn't go through the hoop. I had to side with Kobe on much of anything, but his comments about going 0-30 instead of 0-9 make a lot of sense, particularly if you're not a player relied upon to facilitate the offense -- which is, of course, why that specific statement didn't really need to apply to Deron Williams.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

After his injury/surgery he has stopped doing those things.  He is prone to having shoulder issues.    Thats why he has worked hard to improve as a shooter. He wasn't even able to shoot the three a few years ago.

Its a been since we have seen him dunk.  We saw one tonight on the fastbreak.

Mclemore is young, athletic, has new springs in his legs.   Once he gets stronger, its going to get harder to stop him.  Mclemore would be a very nice fit with the "running" Celtics team.  His ability to run, shoot the three and defend are all things that would work well under BS

He still seems very raw. He could develop a better all around game possibly. But again you probably know his game better. I've only seen him play a couple times.

And I think at this point we pretty know what to expect from Bradley. He's a solid NBA shooting guard but will be stuck in the middle of the pack for starting shooting guards.

I figure "middle of the pack for starting shooting guards" is worth about 7m in today's market.

about right. but in a few years when the new TV revenue kicks in bradley's contract will look fine.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
