It's not that Stevens is the biggest thing wrong with the team but what the heck kind of offense are you running when Smart, a guy who wasn't a good shooter on college, comes bank from injury and starts shooting threes?

Seems to me .....Stevens isn't leaving the best scorers in the game long enough to find a groove.

And if a player gets hot hand.....he seems to remove player ....and ice him.

When a guy is scoring ....IMO......or group ...leave that group in and let them thrive ....Stevens tends to ice his own team

Yeah, and then he said that the Pistons' big men are starting to slow down, "so run 'em."  Tommy, WE DON'T HAVE THE PERSONNEL UP FRONT TO IMPLEMENT THAT STYLE!.  For crying out loud, man, Sully is not a cheeta .
