Wow. That last sequence was TERRIBLE. Didn't even foul after missing the shot...

They were trying. Refs swallowed their whistles.

  • Yup
Wouldn't have minded seeing Turner hit the floor on that loose ball.
Yup

So Towns is going to look great in a Cs uniform. This team is unbelievably frustrating

I was at the game in Atlanta in late January 2013 where we blew a 27 point lead and lost in double overtime by a record margin of 12 points. :(

This game sounds similarly painful.

I don't know what gave folks the impression that swearing is okay on here, but it needs to stop.

Well, the good news is that the Lakers won  (hopefully one win closer to forfeiting their pick to PHX) over Detroit (who we're facing tomorrow).

I won't be surprised if we lose tomorrow though.  Drummond and Monroe are probably going to eat our soft front line alive.

Yeah this was actually the game I thought we had a better shot of winning. I'm trying to picture myself as a fan of another team playing the C's. They must watch, get frustrated being down double digits, then remember they're playing this Celtics team so it'll end up being a win

I would have been fine running our starters into the ground tonight to avoid blowing another big lead.  Who cares if we have a back to back, chances we're going to win both games are very low anyway.

Lol can you blame them?  I almost puked...

I don't think we're winning either. I've never had less faith in this team. 23 pt lead unreal... and somehow I felt we would blow it

Rondo is the last person you should blame in this game.

Well, there are still two winnable games coming up, but...

Taking Rondo out in the middle of the third quarter as Atlanta was in the midst of their comeback is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen a coach do.  And you can roast the players for their poor defense but I think it's become pretty undeniable they're poorly coached in that area as well.

He'll probably look just as good as Duncan, Oden, Durant, Wiggins, and Parker did in theirs
