He had Ray Allen for how many years and is possibly the worst free throw shooting guard in the league

I know he was bad from the line tonight, but man Ive never seen so many people chomping at the bit to pile on this guy.  He almost had another triple double again.

So many other people helped screw this game up too
thing is he almost had a quadruple double when missed FTs are counted.

he takes a lot of unnecessary heat from a very vocal minority but tonight he didn't seem into it at the beginning (same for the rest of the team) and FTs are totally on him.  can't lay the blame on FT shooting on anyone or anything else but him.  he's improved his shooting elsewhere on the court but really needs to improve his FTs

This team doesn't know how to win

Nobody is good enough ....to take control and cash in on the score .

They jus p--- the game away

With no one stepping up and refusing to lose

As awful as Boston's defense is, it's amazing they're in these games at all.

The team still doesn't have an elite game finisher. gotta find the next Paul Pierce. A guy who can handle, pass, shoot and hit free throws.

Well, here we are at 3-6, on track for 27 wins.

Yep......nobody like Pierce  who can step up and knock down shots at the end of a game.

Kobe ....off the bench would be a big help ......but he'd want to play and chuck the rest of the time,

Never going to get better without a Harden or James to finish the game.

AB has to go.

Bradley was a +2.
Rondo was a -10.
Bradley committed 2 turnovers.
Rondo committed 5 turnovers.

AB has to go.

Even though they are 2 of our best players, Bradley and Green are a terrible 2/3 combo. They are below average ball handler / passers for their position. That puts too much pressure on Rondo to do all the creating down the stretch.

It makes for too much predictability.

Rondo committed 5 turnovers.

Bradley had the biggest turnover of the game.
plus minus stats are irrelevant.

They should subtract an assist for every time Rondo's man drives past him.

or what about losing dragic

Why is he even on the court with less than 6 min??  Play him up until the 6 min mark and take him out.  Thats what Doc used to do sometimes in 2008-2010

Lol I love watching this team.  Sure, they are ghastly on defense and give up more points than any team in the league... Sure, they are destined for the lotto.... But them buckets, baby.  This is probably the most impressive offense we have seen from this team in 20 years.

They are not in the game.

They can't finish off a team .....without a 20 point lead with four minutes left.

Celtics have no elite player ....scorer to answer the bell at the end of the game.

I knew they would loose.....they are same pile of crap as last year.....no stars on the team

When Smart comes back I'd rather him start at the 2, with the style we're playing, we need 2 ball handlers, and that's Rondo and Smart.
Smart is also bigger stronger better handles and becoming one of the better defenders on our team.

If this is not tanking I don't know what the heck is this.
then you dont know what tanking is. the score and play shows the celtics wanted to win. so tanking it was not. it was just poor execution amongst a number of things.
Nop!!, the score just shows the same as the last few games, suddenly in the end the celtics decide to vanished, too much coincidence for me, you can tank in many ways, this team has talent and everyone knows it, yep! they have the talent to finish the games, but the same all over again is too much.

I remember why I don't spend much time in these game threads. Some of the comments make me want to headbutt my wall...

Man Bradley's ability to see the floor is terrible. He should not be throwing cross court passes.  :(
