I've always hated coaches that let veterans, or upperclassmen(in college), make mistake after mistake, bad shots, dumb plays, or get burned consistently on D continue to play like nothing happened, while at the same time instantly pulling a younger player after a single mistake! Talk about setting bad examples, and killing a players confidence! No more grievous circumstance, IMO.
More than any other player last nite, RR was torched so many times on D, he could have lit up the whole city! Pressey---Turner---JG---AB were all horrible, but not as bad as Rondo! He hardly even attempts to play D anymore! He still gets more than his share of steals, however, because he gambles so much!
When the whole team is playing so badly, don't yank JYoung just causes he's a rookie!! Coach them thru their mistakes!
And, what, you can't put JY and DP in for the last 2/3 minutes when your hopelessly down----come on BS, you're better than that!!
