All things considered, our offense was humming today without Rondo.
except down the stretch where not having a real PG was really hurting us
Seemed we struggled most when turner wasn't in there.  So I dunno if that's necessarily true.

we were struggling with Turner in there too.

Good win.

How did Chicago lose the rebounding battle lol?

Cs have been good at rebounding all year. It's a nice change IMHO.
Celtics fan for life.

what really hurt the celtics was having the bulls finally play intense defense. once the bulls fought, scrapped, and hustled the celtics were on their heels. stevens has to have this team fight harder and more consistently.

they need to put this game away sooner. more mental focus would help. but they still struggle against good defenses.

but...it was a great win!!  ;D

yes, but a none to bright 2 guard. that shot he took with 20 second left on the clock was idiotic. as long as he plays within the system setup by stevens he will do fine.

Good win.

How did Chicago lose the rebounding battle lol?

Bulls looked old and tired.  Noah looked like he was in quicksand.  Guess that's what happens when Thibs runs you into the ground over a few NBA seasons.

I was thinking the same thing.  The Bulls couldn't keep up with the C's pace.
Before a game on Christmas against the Pacers, Bird told Chuck Person that he had a present for him. During the game, Bird shot a 3-pointer in front of Person. Immediately after releasing the ball, Bird said to Person, "Merry F!#*ing Christmas!" and then the shot went in.

Both this game and the Indy would have been losses last season.

And it was nice to see more of Zeller.  Ainge and Stevens have clearly decided that Sully and KO are playing major minutes but Zeller really needs to be that third big.

Well, if he was played by the coach as a two, like Ray allen, he could go to his spot and wait for the ball.....the pg has to do all the work on O...

Problem with Turner is that he almost can't play with Smart, Rondo, or Pressey. It leaves too many players who can't shoot on the floor.

This was also their fourth game in five nights.
