Stevens wasn't hired to win last year or this and Ainge did not try to get him a decent roster. We have a bunch of relatively young guys we drafted with a bunch of castaways. At least the team comes out firing, even if they lack talent.

I think that Stevens has the potential to be a very good coach, but giving up the big leads is starting to get frustrating.
