my first episode is really coming together.

Love it - I like the idea that every crime can be solved via helping prospective home buyers.  I think you should randomly switch the property brothers, including which one is sleeping with Caroline, without anyone ever mentioning it.

BTW who was your ideal villain?

Really, out of the gates I decided I wanted to do a show with Knight Rider and Yasmine Bleeth had to be the love interest. Because she's kind of the good looking (maybe a little slightly trashy), but not uber talented kind of girl that'd be in a show like this. Then I went from there (I landed on the Property Brothers because I decided that the name 'Justice Brothers' was too good to pas on).

I resided on Hartman, because he's just kind of the best and as Lucky said, if you get an opportunity to put him on tv you do it.

But I think he does fit the stereotypical crime action villain role; He's a smart, loud-mouthed, egomaniac, who really isn't capable of executing anything himself. I picked Gold Dust because I think you need some muscle behind a guy like that, and because I think the whole concept of Gold Dust is pretty funny.

Before I picked Hartman, I planned on picking the celebrity who tried pushing drugs on Kelly in 'No Hope with Dope' as my primary antagonist

I thought Scully or the Smoking Man might have gotten drafted.

Heck, an unhinged Screech might have made for an oddball antagonist.

Ya, definitely could've seen Screach in a Donnie Wahlberg in 'Sixth Sense' type role

We should all be ashamed of ourselves that only one 'Seinfeld' character got taken, right? That's kind of pathetic

I'm going to be upfront here, I'm a bit ashamed that I am not likely going to be able to live up to some of the work's of my producer brethren. With midterms this week, as well as having a rather big lab report due and trying to get up to speed on my research paper for my biotechnology research class, well, time is just limited.

I have been quite impressed with some of the TV show pitches I have seen thus far, though. But mostly, I feel terrible for the actors/characters I selected. I really feel I struck a gold mine with a few of my selections, ok, all of them really. I guess I am probably doing them an injustice.

But really, a TPB meets 90210 meets Dallas theme, with Cosmo Kramer, the Guvna and JACKIE CHILES thrown in is straight genius in my book.

I suck....ugh!

It's a masterful sitcom, in that the situations define the comedy. The characters save Kramer aren't very good devoid of that, though -- and Kramer only translates since his whole purpose is to be more or less on another planet than the other characters.

I toyed with the idea of having Kramer be one of my antagonist serial killers - popping in through doors unexpectedly to murder victims etc...

Maybe that would have been season 3.
Yup

I disagree. George in particular would work in a whole lot of different scenarios. Heck, they pretty much made a George show.

Same. One could say the same thing about 'Friends'. Also no shame to that.

You make the fake TV you'd fake watch. Everything else will take care of its self.
