I thought about making Walker a transfer into the HPD, where he has to stay alive while trying to root out those on Wo Fat's payroll. But I think I prefer him out in the field.

Oh ya, exactly. The key is that it needs to appear like 5 times during the show.

Quiet night, almost too quiet. Sam drives his motorcycle up to a home. Your love interest answers the door wearing a revealing, yet TV-14 appropriate night gown. Sam takes a hit on his cigarette *sax solo* 'Mind if I come in?'

The thing is, though, you can only have so many defining characters before it starts to feel like novelty picks. IMO.

Yeah, I think one of the artefacts acquired by Wo Fat could allow Skeletor to astrally project a disguised version of himself into Earth spacetime. Season Two would be an election story arc, with CJ trying to beat challenger Les Krote, Hawaiian philanthropist -- and Skeletor's alter ego.
