As my wildcard, I'm going with Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar), Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I was thinking about this as a love interest, but she'd just drive the crew apart. First she'd be with the older guy who stands in for daddy, then she'd be with the guy she "thinks" she's supposed to be with, then she'd be with Spike and it would stop making sense.

Yep, had to fit her in via the wildcard. Although I think there's a chance for chemistry with Willis' character. Perhaps a rivalry between her and Sydney for his affections? Might allow us to script a catfight in virtually every show.
