I'm aware. I also think many BMS fans don't realize how much of a sendup of sports it is. Their steroids episode is still the best commentary I've ever seen.

I'm following it....and thus far I LOVE it...besides the usual suspects, THE Walker Wiggle would have made for a nice contestant, imo.....still...this is so different and sounds like it will be a lot of fun. Kudos to those who came up with the idea.

First view, I didn't care for it. Gave it a second chance (from the beginning) and find it quite enjoyable. Holmes' character seems to get progressively humanized as the series goes on.

The Cumberbatch-Freeman dynamic is good. One has to wonder if Cumberbatch mainlines coffee spiked with cocaine in between takes; his delivery usually bounces between breathless and breakneck.

Great twist during last season, too. Did not see that coming.

I don't think I would've been able to field a show with Sherlock with out Sherlock being the main character, so I didn't. But that is the only reason why I didn't field a show about Sherlock.
