I'll never understand why people say we helped the Cavs, don't act like they wouldn't get it done regardless! We helped ourselves! People are just mad we didn't get Love.

I would bet money had we not got in on that deal and some other team did, there we be threads saying WHAT WAS DANNY thinking, they were giving that away for NOTHING, did he even try to get in on it??? At least 2 threads talking about how we could use Zeller and Cavs gave him away for absolutely nothing! Let's not even forget to mention the late 1st!

I still love CB, it keeps me coming back for the laughs alone!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
Looking Like it will happen. 2 more picks for Danny. Maybe Bogans will get a ring and 5.3 mil. Hopefully hit a big shot too.

.@GoodmanESPN says deal is Bogans to Cleveland for Dwight Powell, Erik Murphy, Malcolm Thomas, John Lucas III and two 2nd-round picks.

So, in essence, if you count Powell (who was himself a second rounder this year), it's like trading Keith Freaking Bogans for 3 second rounders.  Danny continues to kill it in never letting an asset go for nothing.

Are the cavs dumb? They could just cut these guys without giving up the 2nds then cutting bogans anyways.

No way they are looking to add bogus

What am i missing?

Why wouldn't they want him?  He's got a very valuable contract, especially in conjunction with Brendan Haywood's expiring contract next off-season.

They have no plans to cut him.

Well considering that late 2nd round picks (Cavs are a top 10 team now right?) don't have a lot of value, it isn't like DA is really crushing them on the deal.

But anything, I repeat, anything for Bogans is a good deal for us.  Either way we get Bogans shipped out to make room for Turner, and get it done before camp starts.  Waive the other guys and lets get ready for the season!

They would of had money freed without the trade. Unless you mean they need to use him for salary matching purpose for a trade of some sort
