I could see a deal along the lines of the following 3 way
Boston gets Hibbert, S&T Turner, and Singler
Indy gets S&T Monroe
Pistons get Green, KO and Bogans (then waive Bogans)
For Celtics
Im on the fence as too if this is a good idea or not. I think if the Cs can land Hibbert without giving up draft picks it is a palatable deal. Losing KO stings but Hibbert is a true center and they are hard to find. I worry about the floor spacing with Rondo and Turner as starters but this would probably be an one year issue that DA would have to address next offseason. I added Singler to the deal as an after thought and Im not sure Detriot would be wiling to add him, but I think he would be good fit with the Cs and give them the floor spacing they need. He may prove to be a better fit starting over Turner. I can see Rondo, Hibbert and AB as three nice starting pieces with Sully as a wild card based on his development.
The Indy
While Hibbert and Monroe are different players based on pure talent they get an upgrade. He isn't a great fit next to West but with Wests age they aren't likely to be together long.
Detroit
I think this is a great deal for the Pistons Green fits perfectly as their starting SF and KO compliment Drummond and Smiths skill sets as the backup 4/5. They become a versatile athletic team that will create a lot of match-up problems for their opponents.
