I wasn't watching his leg on the replay cause I thought he hit his head or something, but now they won't show it anymore. Can someone tell me what happened?

Lower leg fracture. Reminiscent of Anderson Silva's injury.

It had to be bad because the players look TOTALLY disgusted and sick.

Nothing you could ever imagine.  1000 times worse than Andrew Bogut.  The lower part of his leg did a complete 180 and was parallel with the upper part.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Yea, I saw it on twitter. Wasn't as bad as the ncaa tournament, but still. wow. If I were a GM, NONE of my players are playing in the summer.

Truly horrific, hoping for the best for George, though that will be very tough to find. Might be the worst leg injury I've personally witnessed in sports (visually at least).

Idk why they keep saying "lower leg injury." It's clearly a a broken tibia/fibula. It was a clean break.

However, the injury is much easier to recover from than livingston's knee injury. Joints are always much worst than bones.

Coincidentally, I was just thinking yesterday why they don't move the stanchion back another 5 feet or so.  How many times have we seen guys go head first right into it?

Right, so many injuries caused by the simple presence of the stanchion. It has no place on a basketball court.

Just did a quick search, and it sounds like if it is a clean break of tibia and fibula it might be like a 4 month recovery process. Sucks for PG, but should play in 2014-15. How heal heals quickly and fully. Best of luck PG.

Definitely not with the amount of money they have.  I can see why they keep it as a novelty or to help guys slow down, but it doesn't move when you step on it like a camera-man.

That's the correct thing to say. Even though it's apparent, it's best not to speculate until the exact diagnosis is revealed.

Bones usually heal very quickly. He can actually be back again around the all-star break but this essentially drops the Pacers to a 4-6th seeded team. The east is now as wide open as possible.

Apparently Kyrie is still there crying on his father's shoulder.
