Not sure how Indiana undervalued him when Indiana was only offering 200k less per year than Charlotte. Quite interesting.

How about that. 9 mil a year??

Compare that to Parson's 16 and Bradley's 8 and the fact that Charlotte was interested in Hayward (who would have been a lot more expensive).

What a great signing by Charlotte. They are slowly turning into a very nice team. Kemba, Big Al and Stephenson is a nice core. Add MKG to that, and Vonleh (in the future), i think the only thing they are missing since McRoberts left, is a starting power forward.

Bass would be a great fit for them.

They also Biyombo, Zeller, and Marvin Williams. However, they do have cap space to make a bid on Boozer.

This is a weird signing...lance essentially turns down 18 mil guaranteed. Is he taking the shorter deal to bet on himself that he will be a max player at age 26?

Great signing, Lance is going to be the man in Charlotte. He wouldn't get that opportunity in Indisna with George on the team. If the Bobcats do well, I can see him getting a max deal two years from now. I mean , what other max or near max players would sign in Charlotte? That's why they paid big Al.

It'll be interesting to see how he'll gel with Kemba. I wonder how good either of them are working off the ball? In Indiana George Hill didn't use many possessions but it will be interesting to see how that mixes with more of a scoring PG in Charlotte. Probably not to different from what he shared with Paul George in Indiana I guess.

Good signing for the Hornets.
