I don't have any interest in Stephenson on this Celtic team. The talent to knucklehead ratio isn't high enough, considering how young and impressionable this team is.

Let's go find a serviceable center.

If Danny gets him, Lance Stephenson would fit on this team like a new Lego set, lol.

I love his EDGE. BOS is all about grit and edge, and Lance has a rather sharp edge.

He's been mentored by Larry himself, so I trust him.

Along the lines of going after the 2nd Tier guys, there has to be a way of using James Young, the TPE, Rondo, Bass, Anthony, and draft picks and end up with:

Smart  Pressey
Lance  Bradley
Green  Wallace
Monroe  (Sullinger and/or Olynyk)
Hibbert  Iverson

Detroit and Indy are facing losing Lance and Monroe for nothing.  The teams with money are still chasing Tier One free agents.   Rondo for Lance or Rondo for Monroe makes sense.  The TPE and draft picks would be attractive to either one.  Hibbert could be had for the right package in a deal with Indy or in a 3 team trade.

Hibbert and Monroe would go well together.  Hibbert is good on defense and would cover up Monroe's limitations.  Hibbert is good for 10 pts a game, Monroe at least 15.  He's not Kevin Love, but he is cheaper and easier to get.   With Lance, Smart, and Green all able to score, Monroe doesn't need to be a 20+ ppg guy anyway.

Well he would really spice up the team.  I am not a big fan of Stephenson's game or his act.  I believe he can hurt his team as well as inspire with his antics.

I mean you call out Lebron James? Do you think that was a good idea?  How would Larry Bird react to being called out?  Drop 40 the next games with 8 assists and 9 rebounds?

Not smart.  Lance needs to mature and I think he will be the guy everyone sees as potential.

and blowing in someone's ear while on the court is just flat out juvenile and frankly dumb.

Agreed. Lance is too big a risk.

actually, I have no problem with that. It reminded me of Dennis Rodman, who did everything he could to antagonize Karl Malone.

I just want to post a couple photos from my favorite team. I hope you'll indulge.

We could get Stephenson using TPE and a serviceable center in Jordan Hill using MLE. Although I heard the celtics haven't contacted Stephenson so now it's back to Bazemore. He visits us tomorrow.

Bradley, Smart, and Joel for Stephensen.
Sullinger, Bogans, James Young and future unprotected 1sts for Klove.
Trade exception and future protected 1st to Denver for Mosgov or Mcgee
Can't stop, Rondo!

I love lances competitiveness. If he behaves off the court i have no problem with being a jerk on the court.
