Celtics Interested in Re-Signing Humphries

Center - Kris Humphries, Jordan Hill, Joel Anthony, Faverani, Iverson.

That would be a solid center lineup, maybe not the best in the league, but if Iverson lives up to expectations and we sign Jordan Hill and Kris Humphries we are a playoff team.

I don't see what all the hate is for Humphries. He didn't cause the celtics to lose 2/3 their games.... In fact he was one of the best players on the team last year.

I think the hate stems from that Kardasian tv show. I don't get it. He played well for us.

Yes he did. I like him, thought he played hard and performed well.

Hump was one of the bright lights for this team last year.  I think it would be great if we could get him back cheaply.

I think we can get him cheap too. Sadly, as posted earlier on the blog, apparently the celtics aren't front runners for him anymore, Hornets and Wiz are. We can use the bird rights though if we want to keep him.

Think the opposite.  Probably means Bass and Sully or KO are out the door as part of a Love trade.  At the worst we can use his salary slot in a future trade.

Or we're planning to keep all four of them and no Love deal is going to happen.

But why are you giving the Hornets a 2nd rounder? For a trade exception? That'd be a silly use of a second rounder -- even one of our heavily protected ones from the Kings.
