Looking at Kelly Olynyks new Beach Body is very impressive.
He is cut and looks more muscular.
It's very hard for a tall lanky white guy to look muscular.
Shows that he is dedicated to hard work.

Yeah.... I'd be curious to see a photo.  I didn't watch the game yet, but I saw a single highlight and in the brief glimpse I saw, he looked sickly thin.

People complained last year about how he wasn't cut, and not strong. But people forget how much weight he had to gain first. Now he can work on strength and quickness.

Pretty impressive what he's done in the short time off. Hopefully he keeps at it.

No, his arms looked bigger and more defined, and he was moving pretty quickly in all directions, seemed to contest a lot of shots too.

He trimmed alot of that fat.. He must have been reading the boards from last year... Plus the ponytail makes his alley oop throw downs totally high fyler material!!
