Cavs are expected to offer Hayward a max deal - at around 15 million per year.

Looks like he's off the table.. No way he's worth that much money.

Meet the new Cleveland management, same as the old Cleveland management.

That Jeff Green contract looks better all the time.

Did the Cleveland Cavaliers just secure the title of worst run professional sports franchise from the Clippers permanently?

When are those multiple championships coming Mr. Gilbert?

Bron Bron - 2  Cleveland - ZERO

So they're calling Utah's bluff.  Cute, but stupid.

If they didn't secure the title, they now have. Two max contracts on that team? (even though one was well earned.) That would financially cripple them for years.

How does a contract offer like that make it through an organization?  There wasn't one person who looked at it and had a seizure?

If you're Hayward, that's hard to say no to.

The Jazz have said they will match any offer for Hayward...

Do you think this counts as any?

if they didn't have those 50+ win seasons with Bron and the mark price/ Daugherty era they would be up there with the clippers. but ehh it's still close.

I said early on in the Avery thread to wait for Hayward's deal before calling Bradley overpaid.  At the end of the moratorium period, I think I'll compile a list of contracts to guards, to see where Avery slots in.

OMG, It's GORDON HAYWARD, he is 10x the player as Dion Waiters, instant upgrade and will get us to the playoffs!!!

Irving/Hayward/Wiggins/Thompson/Bennett

that's the team of the future, they are winning multiple championships
