I would prefer a center, but I would take Hayward over Bradley any day.

Would you take Hayward and a minimum salary center or Bradley and a center who is worth a salary significantly more than the minimum?

I'd love the latter.

I'd need an actual players name to answer a question like that. Our biggest need is definitely center but Jordan Hill is not the answer.
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

I would take Heyward over Green.  Do the Celtics still have a trading partner for Green.

Assume whoever you think is the best free agent center who might be available for $4-6m.

I don't see Utah letting him go unless we colossally overpay

Can Hayward play the 3?

I don't see why not.  He's big and skilled enough.

Smart, Young, Hayward, Olynyk, and Sullinger.

I would enjoy watching that team play.

Gordon is a SG, at least Green has a chance to guard Lebron , Heyward would get destroyed playing SF . I wouldn't mind adding him for the right price in a sign and trade , but in no way is he a SF.

They are roughly the same height, but Green is stronger and a better defender, but Heyward is a better offensive player.  He averaged 3.5 more asists per game and more rebounds and is three years younger.  I'll take Heyward.

#Celtics love Gordon Hayward, but chances of landing him "highly unlikely." Source reiterates #Jazz plan remains to match any offer.
