BOS IN: Monroe (S/T), Stauskas, Zeller

DET IN: Mclemore, Bogans, Bass, Terry, SAC (2017 lottery protected first)

SAC IN: Rondo, MKG, Smith

CHA IN: Thomas, Green, Bradley

Boston Celtics

Smart-?-Pressey
Stauskas-Young-Johnson
FA-FA-FA
Sullinger-KO
Monroe-Zeller

Detriot Pistons   Jennings-KCP-Mclemore-Bass-Drummond

Sacremento Kings   Rondo-MKG-Gay-Smith-Cousins

Charlette Hornets Thomas-Walker-Green-Vonleh-Jefferson

So tell me what you guys think? I say for us especially if we are looking for the rebuild this would give us alot of young talent (monroe 23) and our frontcourt depth would be awesome. I think Smart and Stauskas would be a nasty pairing as well. Wed obviously need to bring in some fa's at SF.

I think all teams win here. Detroit needs to get rid of smith but they use monroe to do it. They get alot of salary relief and a future first + mclemore. They will be big players in the 2015 FA class.

Sacremento gets all the star power they can handle but also get the nitty gritty MKG to do the dirty work. Theres no denying that Rondo,MKG,Gay,Smith, Cousins would be a load for teams to handle.

Charlotte will no longer lack shooting. They will have go to offensive options at positions 1-5. While a thomas walker backcourt wouldnt be ideal defensively (bradley helps) they would be terrors on offense, the fast break, and the pick and roll. They can both handle and could easily combine for 12-13 asts per game. I think not being the focal point of the offense will help green expand his game as well.

So tell me what do you guys think about this really? I honestly think this is a win win for every team involved.

I think a Bos/Sac/Det trade where Boston gets Thomas/Mclemore/Monroe, Sac gets Rondo/Smith and Detroit gets expiring contracts, trade exceptions and possibly picks makes more sense to explore.

I'm not sure why CHA would be involved in it.

I feel like maybe after getting the itch of the playoffs they might want to make a push to be better than a first round exit. I honestly like smart as the pg of this team. So I guess seeing it though green glasses, I like a smart stauskas pairing more than a thomas smart one.

I agree with you.  I'm not a fan of midget point guards...  But I think it's unlikely that AInge made Thomas his #1 target in Free agency merely so he can work out a 4-team trade that sends him to Charlotte.

I know this this deal is more likely to be BOS DET and SAC. But if any team were added I think cha would be one of the best fits. What's your view on a Thomas smart pairing?

I wouldn't be a fan of it.  I can get behind a 3-guard rotation of Thomas, Smart and McLemore, though.  I like Mclemore.  I just can't see 5'9 point guards like Thomas being anything other than long-term backups.  The dude is tiny.

Just remove Zeller from here, re-add Faverani & Colton, move Young to the sf then sign Evan Turner & it's perfect. Too bad you're not Danny Ainge :')

He is definatly small, and to be clear I prefer smart-stauskas but in his defense he put up 20, 6, 3 he was one of only 6 players to do that this season. He's only 24 or 25 but I see him as a good offensive role player on a contending team, I believe he deserves at least to be a starter for another season to find out.
