I could see him being a go to guy at the end of games where you want to get to the line. His quickness and size helps a lot.
I dont' know if he's constant enough to be a go to right off the bat, but from a lot of the work out video's I've been seeing the last couple of days all the coach's that are helping, including Stevens said he can shoot better than people realize.
I also read, or saw, can't remember now, that the opposing teams would but their SF's on him to try to slow him down. I'm wondering if the lengths of the SF on Smart hurt his shooting a little, causing a lower percentage, or was it the bad shot selection? He shouldn't have guys that much bigger than him in the nba, at least not when he's playing point. And I have a feeling Rondo/coaching should help with the shot selection a bit.
Still can't wait for Summer league. I just wish Milwaukee and Cleveland were int he Orlando group. At least we get to see him compete against Gordon.
