My gut says Embiid falls to #6 and the Cs gamble on him. Logic would then lead me to think Rondo gets traded for the #8 but my gut says he isn't traded at the draft. After that I don't know who gets drafted with the next first round pick but my guess is its not at #17 either a trade up for a falling player (Gordon or Harris) or a trade down . At the end of the night one way or an other I think the Cs end up with Nick Johnson.

I think a potential Rondo trade happens after teams see how this years Free Agency plays out. A team like houston or dallas could come into play for Rondo if they cant make a FA splash. For who I have no idea.

I think there's a small chance we could still get Love. I read a recent ESPN article on all of the offers Minnesota has on the table for Love currently and ours was still just 6 + 17, and Sullinger or Olynyk. No way can that be the all end of our offer it makes sense why the Wolves aren't even taking us serious. I think Danny ups his offer in the hour or so leading up to the draft and see if Minnesota bites. If not I think we stand pat mostly keep our picks, maybe trade Green and try to get Love again at the trade deadline if he's available and if worse comes to worse trade Rondo then.

Keeping Rondo with a bunch of rookies to even start the season will be bad news with his win now mentality. And please don't respond with he'll need to be on his best behavior to get a better contract. Everyone knows who he is and what he's capable of surrounded by All-Sta which is who he will sign with once he is a free agent.

Eh. At least with the Philly deal, the can stay in the top 3 and have a legit shot at Exum or Embiid if they're still interested. I'd take one of Exum over two of Stauskus and McDermott all day every and twice on Sunday.
