Remember two summers ago when the Rockets had three first round picks, lost Dragic, traded Courtney Lee, Sam Dalembert, and Chase Budinger all away practically at once, and then amnestied Scuola and for a brief period of time didn't have a single starting-caliber player on the team?

My gut says that's about to be us.

The ultimate nothing .....would be Embiid , who may never play , and Saric  who is not even in the USA and an unknown talent......this would be just ...no help ...nothing about nothing......

I'm honestly expecting to be somewhat disappointed for some reason. I'd like to see some combination of Smart/Gordon/Stauskas and Saric/Warren/Anderson/Nurkic + a trade for Capela, but my gut is telling me that something totally different will happen.

I do think Ainge is an above-average drafter though, and the presence and dedication of of Stevens throughout the draft process leads me to believe that they will end up with guys that they are pretty confident will have a good upside and system fit.

Wow...creative...but I'd hope Rondo was worth more than that....more like #17 and Bogans' expiring for #11.

Sources in my gut are now telling me Boston will trade #6 and #17 along with Gerald Wallace for Michael Kidd-Gilcrist and Bismack Biyombo.
