Thinking the same thing. Both the Magic and Jazz are real hot for Parker. Philly for Wiggins.

I'd go for Parker myself. Wiggins reminds me of Jeff Green while Parker reminds me of Paul Pierce.

To me, Wiggins has more upside and he is already an NBA caliber defender.  In a few years, I think Wiggins will be able to be equal to Parker offensively but Parker will never match Wiggins on the defensive end.

Something that ..involves trading Rondo ...to get the first pick would be DA's next option , if the Love deal falls though.

No love ....is probably going to mean goodby to our friend Rondo

Danny would trade Rondo for Wiggins in a heartbeat.


I think DA has a dozen schemes to land an elite player or get the first pick from Cavs

He ll only pick at 6 after he exhausts all ways to land Wiggins

If Rondo was traded to Sacramento I'd rather keep the pick and take Embiid and Smart or Gordon and then hope Saric falls in our laps at 17. It could be a good team in a couple of years but another lottery next season.

I just don't like giving up the pick and Rondo because Parker and Wiggins have some question marks.  Neither one would be number 1 if Embiid wasn't a human Jenga and falling apart.

cavs reason - They think Embiid the guy they wanted all along will drop to 6th anyways. Plus they can get one other top 7 player that drops to their lap.

kings reason - GM could of promised Gay that they will bring in Rondo if he stays with the team. Gay could of asked for Rondo also as a condition for him to opt in.  8th pick would likely not help the Kings get anywhere next season

celtics reason - Wyc loves Wiggins. Danny likes Wiggins.  With the 17th pick i have a feeling they will go for Napier with the 17th if not will draft Russ Smith with the 33rd.

exactly. This is a three way trade at its finest. You need the kings 8th to get the 1st.

Like many have said already, if Danny can't get the vet pieces to surround Rondo with , he needs to trade Rondo.  Better for everybody
