I have a feeling this draft will be all over the place and look nothing like all the mocks out there

And they also have Moe Harkless, who isn't great but still very young and a good defender.

I think Danny and co are looking at Embiid and Randle with screws in their feet already, and thinking that a lighter player like Gordon will likely be less injury prone over the long-term, which will give him the draft edge over Randle.

I'd still rather draft Embiid and I bet Danny would too, but there are so many elite prospects this year.

1-2, too.

Wiggins or Jabari???

Will the Cavs trade down?

Also, screw the Cavs. Lucky rascals.

According to this mock draft, Exum is projected to be drafted by the Celts

I like the resources on this site, but the mocks are not reliable, IMHO.

You mean from 1st on.  This entire draft is unpredictable. Love it.

Good.  Now I don't have to worry about us drafting him.

Probably not.

I doubt Exum falls that far down.

If Orlando like Smart more than Exum, I could certainly see Exum also dropping behind Vonleh.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Aaron Gordon reminds me of Gerald Wallace back when he cared about playing. High energy, solid defender, above average rebounder, and limited offensive skills.
You are no longer black, or brown, or yellow, or red! You are now GREEN, you are light GREEN, or dark GREEN!

I agree, but Gordon is two inches taller and more athletic.
