Its already been posted in the Chad Ford thread.

Also, I'm not sure I would categorize Simmons as any more plugged in than any of his coworkers. He's never broken anything on the level that, say, Stephen A. has.

Randy Moss?

I think it says a lot that the biggest story he ever broke was by accident (which is why I don't count it).

Should have used a hashtag or some such to express my sarcasm :)

Hahahahah my bad. TP for a nice bit of history-referencing shenaniganry.

Posturing by both sides at it's best.

Yeah, that's my first impression too.  I do believe that Minnesota would like a better offer than we're giving them, I just don't believe they have a better offer to fall back on.  Sounds like Danny's holding firm and daring them to let Love go for nothing after another malcontented season.  Good for him.

Yeah leak is clearly Minnesota trying to reinforce their demands of:

1. Lottery pick this year and future picks.
2. Established NBA talent
3. Cap relief

I doubt they're getting all 3 but they keep "leaking" that they've got these other great offers that no one else has heard yet that gives them all three.

Denver is interesting, not sure what they'd want from them other than the pick. Depends if they like Faried/Gallo/McGee and value them highly.

Interesting.  I wonder what the Denver offer is?

I would imagine it would have to include Gallinari or McGee.

Especially good for him to hold firm this long before the draft.

You make your best offer right before the deadline, Minnesota's not going to stop shopping till a day or two before the draft at the earliest.

Rubio, Gallo, and McGee would be really fun to watch, provided they were healthy.

Yes, it's the "Latest Forum Topics", not the latest Forum Topic and its half a dozen of cloned iterations. The problem here is not about not bumping it or reading it, it is that when 3 of the 8 LFT amount to pretty much identical discussions about Kevin Love, other interesting discussion topics are getting phased out.

"Sources close to the situation have told the Herald that Boston's offer of draft picks and players isn?t nearly the best the Timberwolves have received ? or expect to receive ? for their All-Star forward."

I read this to say that they really have nothing substantial on the table, but whatever they do, they want to break someone's bank.

So the plot thickens!

First time I've heard Denver's name mentioned but Golden State consistently comes up as linked to Love

Would it make more sense for the Wolves to wait till after the rookie league to make the trade so they have a better sense of what they're getting?
