The Cleveland Cavaliers were "blown away" by Joel Embiid's workout last week, according to sources.

Two separate sources indicated after the workout that Embiid is now the strong favorite to be drafted by the Cavaliers.

There have been reports, however, about the possibility that Embiid's physical showed multiple red flags.

a few days ago all the reports of his back being red flagged came out , now he blew them away?  hmmmm sounds fishy.....

And this is why you should put very little weight on anything you here regarding draft rumors.

They are probably trying to trade the pick... or they are already starting their LeBron recruitment campaign... "We already have Kyrie... but also this Embiid kid is a superstar!! Trust us... "

This actually makes more sense then you think.  He could be perfectly fine now but his back could be flagged for not going to last long.  In other words he is going to have problems in the future.  Sully played fine at first and then needed surgery.

Now, whether or not the Cavs like him first or not is apparently up for debate.
