A couple teams have a few 2nd rounders. There's only so many rookies and stashed Euros one can draft.Teams will trade second rounders for money or future second round picks. Happens every year. The group of second rounders this year is only marginally better than most drafts if it is at all.I gotta agree that the only way Danny could be realistically looking for a second rounder is if he already has moved either one or both of his first rounders. Having three rookies as well as three to four second year players and a third year player is not something any team wants on their team unless they want to lose a lot for a high pick in 2015.Not ruling that out completely but I am not sure ownership is going to take yet another step backward. They have to be wanting to move forward after this awful last year. Two years of tank talk and ping pong ball hope in a competitive Boston sports market, can not be good for the Celtics when it comes to the ticket buying fanbase.Gotta keep those people happy too, after all.Hey, it's hard to turn things around in the NBA just one year after you trade away your two franchise stars. People will be unhappy but I don't think there will be riots if they miss the playoffs again. What they need to see is that Sullinger, Olynyk, and 2014 draft player A-B-C are not busts and continue to show improvement.
