A 20 second video = definitive proof.

The combined knowledge of thousands of hours of expert knowledge = easily dismissed.

Makes perfect sense to me...

also -- that's an ESPN video. Does that mean Gordon's one of those ESPN prospects you were just railing about?

All I care about is how Gordon's going to translate into the NBA.

Another person with zero ability to project any future growth from a hardworking, intelligent, super athletic 18 year old. Just can't do it. And that's okay.

Now you're really reaching. So who's your binky that drives your dismissing of Gordon and his inevitable growth and potential? There's somebody you really want or you wouldn't be so dismissive of this elite prospect with elite intangibles.

You're an idiot.  You really are.  Go ahead and warn me, I dont care.  I had to say it.  If its against site rules to make 'I told you so" posts then you should be able to call this guy out when hes walking around pounding his chest like a moron.

That is all

No, there isn't. That's why I can look at the draft dispassionately, instead of desperately searching for the guy that the professionals are ignoring in order to perpetuate ESPN's agenda, or whatever nonsense you insist on spouting.

Does that mean you think Gordon is going to get better or is he what his stats at age 18 say he is?

You simply don't understand how highly Gordon is and has been regarded by NBA scouts and executives.

you already have your mind made up, and you clearly dont listen to anyone, even if its the overwhelming majority.  so why even ask for my opinion?

That's not actually true, though -- Gordon's been on scouts radars since give or take 2012, and there's a reason he's been considered on the low end of the top 10 for a while, except by you and a couple other posters here.

What's the reason? Does it have anything to do with this being by all accounts an amazing draft? Or Wiggins reclassifying and getting into the draft a year early? Or the Hakeem Olajuwon clone?

Where do you think Gordon would have gone in last year's draft? Probably #1.

Of course this is an amazing draft! GORDON, SARIC, and PORZINGIS are in it!

Sorry, I'm shamelessly trolling here -- but it needs to be said :-D

He would've made a strong play for #1, absolutely.

So would Marcus Smart.

So would any of the consensus top 10 picks in this year's draft.
