I would rebuild in 3 moves:
1 - Trade #6, Sully, Bass, Bogans & Anthony for Love and Martin
2 - Trade Rondo to L.A. for # 7 and Pau Gasol (signed at around 9 mil for three years - L.A. could do this to match the salaries)
3 - Trade # 7 & a re-signed Humphries to Toronto in a sign and trade for Kyle Lowry, who is UFA. The Celtics don't have the cap room so they give Toronto an asset for taking on another year of Humphries in the $10 million range. If the # 7 is too much of an asset for Lowry then you could replace Humphries with Gerald Wallace as a better salary dump
Depth Chart
Lowry/Bradley
Martin/Chris Johnson or #17 pick
Green/Wallace
Love/ Olynyk
Gasol/Iverson
Bradley would be the main backup combo guard and Olynyk would be the main backup big at the 4 or 5. Everyone but Wallace can shoot and only Martin is a poor defender, which Bradley can cover when necessary.
That's a #2 seed in the East with the size to give Miami problems
