Wow. Be a racist Dirt Bag and get rewarded with 2 Billion dollars....Make you question "The American Way". :-\

Seems to me that a large portion of 'The American Way' was founded explicitly on racism and dirtbaggery.

Yea, I mean, the country was founded by rejects from England who plundered and killed the natives and took their land, so it's basically in line with the American way.

Staples Center on a hill?

If Ballmer wanted to move the team to Seattle, wouldn't he have just over paid for the Bucks and saved more than a billion dollars? Clippers are going no where.

Also I've read before that even though sterling didn't own Staples, he owned the land on which it was built, can anyone verify? Thanks

One of the stipulations of the Bucks sale was that the team stayed in Milwaukee.

I wouldn't be surprised if that stipulated by the previous owner and not the league.

Yeah, it was -- should've been more specific: Kohl refused to sell the team to anyone who was going to move it, and actually put in a clause that gave the NBA the right to buy the team back for a little over the sale price ($575 million) if a new arena deal hadn't been reached by 2017.

And people wonder why homeschooling is growing by leaps?
