Poll: Who do you want at #6?

There are a few threads about this, but considering the varied opinions on here, I decided to make a more comprehensive poll about who people want at #6. I left out the players who are highly unlikely to be there at 6 (Wiggins, Embiid, Parker, and Exum).

Let's hear it Celticsblog, who do we want?

there is a legit chance that Randle is there at 6, considering the Magic will take Exum and the Jazz have Favors and Kanter already. Do we pass on Randle if he's there considering we have Sullinger and KO?

Myself, I would go for Saric, the biggest chance at getting a superstar imo.

not alot of love. He could end of becoming the Chris Bosh  you see today (not younger explosive version) or Speights. Worse case could be a nobody like Udoh.

Has the physical tools but is still raw and iq is only mediocre.  Also he couldn't lead Indiana to the tourney.  His leadership capability is questionable

I want Gordon or Smart. I like Saric also but worried about his defensive capabilities against nba players and also if he is going to even come to NBA.

Randle in the end could end up being the pick. Especially if he develops a 15 ft jump shot

Smart is a good choice imo. Underrated due to his size and one stupid incident, but the kid is a competitor and very skilled. I agree about Vonleh's iq and lack of leadership, Javale McGhee 2.0.

I have gone from Vonleh/Smart love to Saric as my pick, with McDermott as a darkhorse, drop down a couple pick.

Saric will come out if he is picked by the Celts or Lakers. he's 20 years old and dominating in Europe with a real cocky attitude. He surprises on D with some great weak-side blocks. Great vision and passer and really started to light it up when it mattered.

Saric will come out if he is picked by the Celts or Lakers. he's 20 years old and dominating in Europe with a real cocky attitude. He surprises on D with some great weak-side blocks. Great vision and passer and really started to light it up when it mattered.

Danny says he likes 6 guys at 6 minus the top 4. Prob randle, gordon, smart, vonleh, saric and 1 more guy. Maybe nurkic?

Vonleh.  Top rebounder in the draft and can shoot 3s.  Next choice would be Smart. PG with a linebacker's body and driven.  Nurkic is the out of left field choice and 3rd on my list. Kid's a horse at 280, has some offense, and is raw and therefore definitely has a decent upside. Could be there at 17 too, but he's the second rated true center, so there's decent chance he's gone.

What I've seen of Saric over at DraftXpress reminds me of KO without the extra two inches.  A less able shooter, but a better handle and passer in transition.  Interesting player, but redundant as a point forward.

I like McDermott, but not at 6. Not a Randle fan whose bully ball style will have trouble translating to the NBA. Wouldn't kill me however. Want to avoid Gordon like the plaque at 6. Can't shoot free throws, never mind jump shoots.  Big red flag to me and I think he slides.  At 17, he's worth a shot.

And the icing on the cake is that he wants to be a Celtic or Laker!!!

+1.....I was high on Voleh before over Saric, partly because of Sarics father and the uncertainty of his coming here.

Now, with his professed love for the Cs, I am excited about the 6th pick, when I wasn't so much before.

neck and neck between Saric and Gordon. Interesting. And very few votes for Randle, who is consistently ranked highest of all of these players

Saric seems to be rising up the boards, but I am honestly less impressed with him the more I see him play. I know I might be completely wrong and he could end up as the next Larry Bird, but I just don't totally see it.

I guess I still see Gordon as the only guarantee. He is only 18, is crazy athletics, his defense is already elite, and there is no reason to believe he can't become an effective offensive player.
