I'd really like a scorer who can play both SG and SF to come off the bench behind Green and Bradley.  I've settled on CJ Miles as a good target for more than the minimum but less than the full MLE.  I'd use the rest of the MLE to bring in a better backup PG.  Steve Blake maybe?

This assumes that Anthony, Bass, Bogans, and one of Sullinger/Olynykand both 2014 picks are traded as part of the packages to bring back Love and Asik.

I'd be happy with a roster that looks like

Rondo - Steve Blake - Pressey
Bradley - CJ Miles
Green - Wallace - Chris Johnson
Kevin Love - Olynyk or Sullinger (whoever isn't traded)
Omer Asik - Faverani

I'd look for a defense-oriented PF as the fifth big and a third-string center who is better suited to match-ups that give Faverani problems.

I'm not married to the idea of keeping Pressey or Johnson and I'd scour the D-League, Europe, and the ranks of undrafted free agents as possible upgrades.

That would be 14 players and I'd like to keep the 15th slot open to maintain flexibility.  I would consider bringing back Humphries or Bayless if they signed tradeable contracts.

If all goes well:

Kevin Love is your MVP candidate
Rondo is your second star
Asik is a DPOY candidate
Bradley improves
Green is the weakest link in the starting lineup
Miles will do well in SMOY voting

To get Love .....it will clean out the Celtics of picks and players ...although other than Rondo, Sully and KO .....i'd trade the rest of the team in a heartbeat .....

It will cost us Sully plus   two or three firsts to keep KLove from being a Laker.

But maybe Rondo and Love would be enough to get Marc Gasol to sign with Wallace off the books or

Sully, Hump and two firsts for Love......add Asik ....or Gasol

Bass, AB and Wallace need to go ...

I would like to see us keep the 6th pick and try to grab Marcus Smart

trade Bradley/Sully and picks and other fillers to grab Kevin Love

I say that is a good start

LC,
My first thought is that the team is going to have some serious scoring droughts, and that you'll need more of a microwave guy off the bench than CJ Miles to compensate for that.

My second thought is that the team is going to have a hell of a time dealing with a 1-4 pick and roll.
