Toine's Boys have decided to go old with our 2015 draft pick. Awaiting word from our worn out commish after a long draft day regarding an official announcement.

If any teams doing a rebuild or going young,  my  2015 #1 &  #2 are available for productive veterans.

I finished 12th last year which ended up being the #1 Pick.

THE Walker Wiggle wants in on this action. I finished 15th last season, have a worse team than either Kwhit or Harry.

Until I get the Jayhovaone situation straightened out I'd encourage everyone to take a breather.

No moves other than the aforementioned deal w TB and DinoGanga will be processed -- and we may need to have a group discussion pending my decision on Jay.

I ask for everyone's patience for a few hours. Dinnertime and my sons bedtime is gonna take precedence for now.

Looking for a mediocre level shooting guard. Will likely make some offers at some point.....later. Possibly much later. Not now. Just thinking out loud mostly. The trade block wasn't working for me.

I also feel a tad out of the loop. I think I'm catching up but clearly this hasn't gone as smoothly as it has in past years.

I was on the posts today watching the draft from work and because i work at a hospital as a nurse i was abruptly called into a trauma for a serious case and so i missed my draft spot but prior to that i was watching for my pick.  So apparently it seems like uys want to kick me out because i'm not active enough.  Which is Bull.Because i have not been given a chance in the league.  But unbuntu/gainsville knows me from the points league and i am very active in that league.  I make deals and built my team from the ground up in that league and i am trying to do the same in this league If given the oppotunity by walker wiggle and kwit because it seems like these are the main voices against me being in the league. At the end of the day gainsville is gonna do what him and kwhit and walkerwiggle want to do.  Its sad because i like the points league and would like to be a part of this league but it doesn't look like i'm gonna get a chance to see this team through.  Sorry to the league but i had to say that.  Alot of you guys live on this i can't live on it i have a fulltime job and i have 2 kids and a wife so i'm not going to respond to every pm or email you guys send.  But when the league starts i will be active during the season i can say that.  If you guys want me out of the league because i missed my draft pick then so be it but its not like i didn't log on and was on up until my pick. But i am dedicated to building my team and kicking all of your a.....s in the future!!

Most, if not all of us have full time jobs and responsibilities and emergencies, and of course they take priority over this league, that goes without saying. In my opinion, if you are committed to stick around long term and will be active on an average level, then I would hope you are allowed to stay in the league and suffer the consequences of the deal you made with Eja, and given a chance to recover your roster from it in the long run, otherwise if you are gone, the trades needs to be vetoed or else the next GM is totally gipped.

As for implying that GC does what some other GMs want, it is not true. GC just took over as commish after years of helping out the previous commish, and he's a very fair, impartial, and pro-active commish. This situation is a tough issue to deal with at the start of his regime though, but I'm sure he will resolve it productively and in a fair manner.

I'm assuming the concern from some people stems from your disappearance after a lopsided trade with Eja, when people were asking for your perspective on the deal. You showed no signs of life which worried people, then you missed the draft. Sure, missing the draft happens, but you could have PM'd GC and let him know, or you could have posted in the thread and let people know, or you could have responded to the trade concerns days ago. Any one of those things would basically stop concerns of you bailing on a team after gutting it. Just saying.

My gripe was you gutted your team for one player,  never really came to defend the trade, and then with the best pick you managed to get back,  a measly second rounder,  you missed without giving GC a list.

I don't work in a hectic place as a hospital and I had the first pick during my lunch,  but on the 5% chance I couldn't make it I gave GC my pick.  And good thing because I was drawn away.

I've even pm'd you trade offers but have never gotten a response back.

So that's how it looks from my point of view.

GC, I know you hate this airing out in the open air so I won't harp on it anymore.
