I expect the commissioner to follow the League Constitution in all regards. That's why he's the commissioner. I'm sure GC and he are working it out one way or another.

Aaron Brooks and Vince Carter are on the block. Helped my bench a lot last season. And it looks like Vince will see more minutes in Memphis than he did in Dallas.

At the end of the day guys i respect the league and commish i Apologize if i came off as a duche bag (i might not be ablr to say that word)  But i felt like guys were attacking my integrity and didn't like it.  So to all the members in the league i apologize for everything that transpired today.  Gainseville I know it is very difficult to run a league with guys you barely know or don't know at all.  We all want to have fun and compete.  With regards to my trade i feel like i needed to start my team as my team.  I did this in the points league and now my team is up an coming.  Me i like to win but when i win i want it all i know for a couple years my team might not be good for the net couple of years but i will build a great team if you guys let me see this through.  I am at the mercy of the league with regards to my status in it hopefully you guys again let me see this through.  Again guys i Apologize

You could have easily netted a first round pick (and more) for every single player you sent Eja's way and kept your first round pick as well. When you want to rebuild, it's better to hold on to your own first rounder and gather additional first round picks. Plus, it's not like Teauge, Lawson and Gasol are old guys who couldn't have been a part of your rebuild. Oh well.

This is not about the merits of the Anthony Davis trade. I'd rather not reopen that debate.

No moves other than the aforementioned deal w TB and DinoGanga will be processed -- and we may need to have a group discussion pending my decision on Jay.

I ask for everyone's patience for a few hours. Dinnertime and my sons bedtime is gonna take precedence for now.

I was on the posts today watching the draft from work and because i work at a hospital as a nurse i was abruptly called into a trauma for a serious case and so i missed my draft spot but prior to that i was watching for my pick.  So apparently it seems like uys want to kick me out because i'm not active enough.  Which is Bull.Because i have not been given a chance in the league.  But unbuntu/gainsville knows me from the points league and i am very active in that league.  I make deals and built my team from the ground up in that league and i am trying to do the same in this league If given the oppotunity by walker wiggle and kwit because it seems like these are the main voices against me being in the league. At the end of the day gainsville is gonna do what him and kwhit and walkerwiggle want to do.  Its sad because i like the points league and would like to be a part of this league but it doesn't look like i'm gonna get a chance to see this team through.  Sorry to the league but i had to say that.  Alot of you guys live on this i can't live on it i have a fulltime job and i have 2 kids and a wife so i'm not going to respond to every pm or email you guys send.  But when the league starts i will be active during the season i can say that.  If you guys want me out of the league because i missed my draft pick then so be it but its not like i didn't log on and was on up until my pick. But i am dedicated to building my team and kicking all of your a.....s in the future!!

In all fairness, if this was a one time thing, it would not be a problem. Even if it happened a few times and you were a responsive and productive fantasy player I think everyone would be OK with it. But you've bombed out of multiple CB keeper leagues at this point. You have a bad reputation as a fantasy player and this only served to reinforce that. I'd love to have you around as a contributing member of any fantasy league because you seem like a cool guy, but you miss deadlines, often fail to update your rosters, and have been kicked out of several CB leagues for inactivity. Nothing about what happened today suggests that things would be different or that you've learned from those past mistakes.

If I'm inactive that's something different but I'm showing that I'm trying to be active kicking me out of the league because I made a mistake and didn't confirm a trade in the offseason or because I was online then got called at work is something different I didn't think I was gonna get called I thought I was gonna be able to make that pick. I got kicked out when the league was started because I might have forgotten to set my lineup I get that but if you are in the points league with me for the last like 3-4 years you know my lineup is always set and I make move big or small. I'm not trying to cause problems but I made the trade let me fix the team and if you guys allow me to stay in the league then you will see.  But scrutinizing everything I do is like having a girlfriend who cheated on you and then you give her a second chance but your paranoid about very move they make.  If it's my team let me build it the way I want. I know that inactivity isn't the reason I'm being kicked out if I'm getting removed so what is the reason because of mistakes that could be made by anyone.  You have guys who pm me about trades and because I don't respond to foolish offers I'm not active.  I would say out me on probation for a year again let me see my team through.  Let me fix what I started.

OK folks I'm gonna work on an announcement for 1pm today -- and will probably only pop in 1x around 11 to check in on any posts.

EDIT: Like I said yesterday until the situation is resolved I'm not gonna announce trades (I have one from TB/DinoGanga and one from YH/Kwhit; I might suggest holding trades, but if you send them in I'll put in the queue to announce.)

Gotta say that I'm not jazzed that instead of replying back to me about the substance of my lengthy PM, Jayhovaone decided that putting up a post suggesting that I/we are paranoid was the better idea.

Honestly, your intrepid moronic commissioner in his first weeks on the job didn't do his due diligence. That's on me.

But like I've said publicly and to you in PMs -- I'm gonna work to get things right even if it takes a few more steps to get there.
