my dream scenario with love is if we get a top five pick in this years draft that the 2014 pick stays, even if it means not getting love (guy hasnt even made the playoffs)
but my dream scenario would be (and dont get me wrong I LOVE RONDO, but there are two point guards in the league that I cant lie I would rather have) one of them is russell westbrook = get russell by trading rondo straight up

This could potentially happen if we win the lottery and trade if for a 6th rounder and a later first rounder. By using the 6th rounder we can use as a trading chip for Love. with the late first round we can pair it with our 17th pick and draft McDermott. Monroe is a restricted free agent this year and probably can be signed because the Detroit head coach doesn't like him. Durant wants to be with a Big three and comes to Boston because of Love and Rondo and all the young talent and draft picks.

If we are thinking realistically I would like us to trade back a little and draft McDermott and I would hope for the best about the rest

Well, keeping it realistic, I like the idea of a starting five of Rondo, Martin, Pierce, Love, and Asik with Green, Bradley, and Olynyk off the bench.

I think that's easily the 3 seed in the East and could be more depending on how the team comes together and the youngsters develop.

Benches don't really matter for title teams.  Sure it is nice to have a nice deep bench, but generally you only play 8 or 9 in the playoffs any way and you don't win series because you have a great bench, you win series because you have better starters.

Too good to be true ?

I actually had Faverani going to NY and Humphries as the backup C with Olynyk being the backup PF.  I posted it a few pages back and then this was one of my follow-up posts.  Do I think any of those trades will happen, nope, but I do think they are all reasonable trades for all of the teams involved.  That is what can happen when you have that many draft picks.  You can acquire two legit talents and still have enough assets to pick up the complimentary pieces needed to build a contender.  Again, incredibly unlikely that it happens, but if we are talking about realistic dreams, that would be mine as Boston would likely be the odds on favorites to win the title and doesn't have many holes to fill.
