I agree that it's not an all time diss track or anything. It's no Ether.

But honestly, and I'm really surprised to say this, it was wayyy better than I thought it'd be. The second verse was kinda weak, and the hook felt wrong with the MLK reference, but the rest of the hook was very well executed. Haunting, mocking, perfect. The first verse was excellent. I didn't need the extra voice after every line, this isn't 1998 and that wasn't Puffy, but overall, considering everything , A-. Way better than I thought it'd be, with a throwback feel.

Wow...actually not bad at all.  I could do without the ending but I really like the verses and the chorus.  Not your typical diss beat but I wasn't expecting Nas or Eminem here

I thought it was decent, but I'm beginning to get annoyed with NBA players comparing themselves to slaves.  I just don't think they're victims.

Now Ray Charles. The guy grew up DIRT poor then went totally blind by the age of 7. Was criticized for playing in S Africa during the apartheid boycott, and I think his answer was something like "For 200K Ray Charles would play for the KKK!"

They have every right to dislike the guy, think he's scum, and kick him out of the league....but then it's time to go back to work, and maybe if the players care so much they can look at their own behavior(s) and try to address them.  What's worse? Sterling saying some horrid thing or Juwan Howard giving 5 cents in child support for every $100 he made?  Yes, I know Sterling was accused of some other stuff, but they didn't care about that then, and they don't care about it now.
