How is Celtics co-owner Steve Pagliuca doing these days? ?Just trying to feel lucky,? he said with a laugh Friday. His team is hoping for just that after it announced that Pagliuca will be representing the Celtics at the NBA draft lottery May 20 in New York. Boston Globe
I'd rather have the Cleveland kid, who landed the Cavs two 1st overall picks, but oh well ::)

Weak.

The person representing the C's should be whoever has made the most positive contribution to the team recently.

My vote is for Billy King.

I'd love to see Kelly Olynyk's goofy mug sitting up there.

I guess the owner of the team has a prerogative to be at this sort of event if he wants to be, though.  But I'd prefer Wyc.

You would have thought the Celtics landed 7th in the lottery judging by these reactions!

Why did we only get the #5 pick?

Because this will determine how we do in the draft lottery. Haha. Anyway, I always like the idea of letting a young fan (preferably one who doesn't have season tickets, because yeah, they're doing just fine in life) go. It'd be the thrill of their life.
