Wiggins + Kyrie would be a pretty sensational combo.

What a joke. I'm with Bill Simmons on this: there oughtta be a law. Like, no more than two #1 picks in a decade. I'm sure Cleveland will either draft a bust or someone totally unexpected ? la Bennett (which will also end up being a bust), but I sure wish Boston could've gotten more of a break.

And I sure hope we don't end up with Gordon or Vonleh; I don't see either one being significantly better than Sully, and we already have a billion PFs anyway.

Where do you think Embiid ends up? I think the Cavs will go with Wiggins.  The Bucks and 76rs already have centers but could trade them.  Part of me still wants to see what Sully can do next year, and maybe trade our pick for a legit center.  We would still need to figure out how to get a go to scoring wing.  Ugh can't believe we have the 6th pick.

Although I am not a fan of the Cavs, I hope they don't blow this number one as bad as the last.   League Mulligan!

While watching the draft, was anyone wondering what sort of children would result if Nick Gilbert and the Milwaukee girl mated?

I'm just disappointed another young player with potential has to go to that awful franchise and desolate city.

What a waste.

Cavs should draft Embiid.
Embiid is fairly raw and a big question mark health wise. If Embiid struggles as a rookie and he likely will - how does that effect Kyrie's interest in re-signing with Cleveland? Does Kyrie get fed up and leave Cleveland?

Embiid is high risk enough with his health but looks even more high risk to a team like Cleveland who could end up losing their franchise player (Kyrie) over next 12-24 months if there isn't large improvement. Not only could they blank on their (2nd) #1 pick in Embiid if injury strikes but they could lose Kyrie as well in the process.
