Well, judging by the fact that the Clips were throttled today...showing a bit of lackluster.....this MAY not be over...

I'll wait to see if they get more effort in Game 5.

If not, then perhaps it could be the start of something bigger....

On paper - I think the Clips are a real threat to San Antonio, OKC and MIA...they have just about everything they need (Coach, youth, players, defense) that could derail any of those teams.

If The Clips don't win another game, then it is truly the start of something else.

No offense GSW - they have a well-coached, talented team, too. But Clips are built to contend right now.

That would be a thing to watch. But as far as the shooting shirts protest goes, it's something and I respect it. Isnt this the same as the Fab Five wearing plain blue tees as protest? I think during the course of the series, they would do more. I would not be surprised if they wont sell out on Tuesday.

If this was the regular season I think they would sit out forfeit some games, but it's the playoffs. The players have a right to try and win and strive for a championship.

The players should play and the coaches should coach and they shouldn't even be thinking about what is going on with their owner's drama. If the controversy was around Doc Rivers, then I absolutely can see how it would be difficult to focus. If they end up losing the series, they were never mentally prepared to contend for a championship in the first place.

I really do understand that it must suck to play for a crappy owner, but at the end of the day, he just signs the paychecks and has nothing to do with the basketball side of things.

As for the 'protest', that is all thy really could do without making it a bigger deal. Their focus shouldn't be on their owner - at least they acknowledged the situation in their own way. Hopefully, for their sake, they can move on and perform as they normally would.

He did keep his team out by not letting them speak about it and him being the voice, I think it's easy for you to say "quit whining" which I don't see them doing AT ALL (that statement makes no sense to me).

 It's probably hard to ignore the noise when it's possibly coming from your family,friends, fans, and a nation that's waiting to see what your actions are. And people are judging your actions (oh he didn't speak up, he's weak, he's not a man, he's an Uncle Tom for playing)...yeah those things can be a bit distracting, but what do I know I'm just a person behind the computer that doesn't have to deal with this once I power my laptop off.

No, it's not wrong. I think as fans we hate what happened, but we're still looking out for OUR team. Nothing wrong with that. I wasn't rooting for the Clipper's and wanted the Warriors to win before the entire scandal...I still feel the same.
