the tank is real I guess...

The celtics are loaded with nice role players. They have no star power finishers though...

I'm having trouble figuring out if Stevens is a terrible coach or the best tanking coach in the NBA.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
