It really depends on how he developed in college vs NBA and if his back held up. If he smashed it in college and was relatively healthy I could see him going 9th tops.

I don't think it would be that low - assuming the back injury didn't crop up. I think some people forget how good Sullinger was in college. He was a two year starter and averaged 17 and 10 (roughly) both years. Those are better numbers than Vonleh or Gordon. Randle has very similar production. I would predict Sully to go 5 or 6 depending on how the team picking 5 viewed him against Randle.

Sully even with his setbacks , has matured a ton,   The NBA is a better teacher .....you put him back in college right now and he would rule .....20 /20 every night he cared to play hard.

Even KO would look like Dirk if he was thrown back in College.  College threes are chip shots for him.

He and Randle are similar but yet different .  Much different , I see Randle more like Milsap .  Playing a lot bigger than he really is .   Sully is the thinking mans big under the rim.

Given his college production 8-11 but subtract a few due to back issues.   Maybe 12-15.

  Depends on what teams think of his back. In terms of his play, I wouldn't be surprised if a number of top 10 picks in this draft won't look as good in their 2nd season as Sully has when he's been healthy.

Knowing what we know about him right now?  Minimum of top 10.  I could see him going in the 5-8 range.  Only the big 4 of Embiid, Wiggins, Parker, Exum look 'clearly' likely to turn out better.

Will Randle, Vonleh, or Gordon turn out better?  That's up for debate.  And that's why I see Sullinger in that 5-8 range of the draft.  As long as Sullinger stays healthy, he's a keeper.  And how many of the PFs in the draft or even the NBA for that matter have the range that he's showing? 4-6 for 3 against the Pistons?
