Here is an idea for  how it think we could do our Offseason Moves.

Let Humphries, Bayless deals expire.

Trade Jeff Green to Atlanta Hawks for Demarre Carroll and a 2014 second round pick or they give up the option to switch picks with Brooklyn.

Sign and trade Bradley, Send bogans who they will cut, and Faverini to the nuggets for Chandler and Mozgov. Gives the nuggets a prob low cost option at sg who can start or come off the bench and bring a defensive presence they don't have. Also helps them with there cap situation.

Trade Brandon Bass to the Bobcats for Biyombo and their 2014 second round pick.

Use the stretch provision on Wallace.

We will assume we get the 4th pick and the 16th pick.

4- Dante Exum or Wiggins
16- Dario Saric

This leaves our roster looking like

PG- Rondo, Pressey
SG- Exum/Wiggins, Chandler
SF- Chandler, Carroll, Saric
PF- Sullinger, Olynk , Saric
C- Mozgov, Biyombo, Olynk

This gives us a good fun competitive roster who could grow together and make a lot of noise in free agency in 2015.

The Bass and Green trades dont work money wise. Try using the nba trade machine on espn as it helps you visualize feasible deals. All that aside Our team would be slightly better than it is now but would still be lottery. Probably 8-12 range. Which if next year is another lottery year I am fine with it.

I was going off of what money would like in offseason after deals expire I'm not a 100 sure but I think they would work in the offseason.

Highly doubtful a team is going to give us much value for Green or Bass.

I think Ainge can dump Bass for a 2nd rounder this summer if there's a team with some cap room looking to add some veteran talent.

I could see Green getting moved along with a 1st round pick or two in a deal for a player like Greg Monroe.  Green would fit much better next to Josh Smith.

Otherwise, maybe there's a team out there that really likes Green and has a hole at SF.  They might give us an expiring for him, maybe even throw in a mid to late 2nd rounder.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Wouldnt that be what the hawks are giving up? My thinking was the rumors we heard during the trade deadline about the hawks liking green.

Also Bass's Expiring for Biyombo and a second I think would be proper value as they are in need of some more veteren presence and with a 6 mil expiring and his work ethic I think it would be fair.

Could anyone let me know if the money for sure works in the offseason?

Biyombo is a useful young player.  A defensive center, no less.  A player like that doesn't get traded for a guy like Bass.  Not in today's NBA.

As for the Hawks, I'm not sure exactly what their game is right now.  But I can't imagine they see Green as enough of a difference-maker to give up any real assets for him.  Carroll is not as good as Green, but he costs far less, and the gap in production really isn't that large.

I think the lineup of Teague Williams Green Millsap Horford is alot better off but it relly depends on how close the hawks think they are.

Bass isn't a star but he's very much a solid player.

But maybe it'll cost us at the very least Avery Bradley as well.

Big Al is really doing it for them. They were battling the Heat last night and LeBron was bringing it. Al being such a force (from what I've heard anyway) might mean they'd seriously consider this.

And from what I understand, Biyombo's offensive ineptitude is bad enough that it's keeping him off the floor.

I think he is averaging like 12 minutes a game. Replacing that with bass who could come off the bench or start and his blue collar mentality plus he is expiring would be a good deal for Charlotte

Maybe an edit would be instead of the Mozgov Chandler trade, drafting exum, and the Atlanta trade, draft Parker at 4 which seems like it is very possible it depends what happens at tourney time, and trade Jeff green, Pressey, and middle 2014 2nd for Asik and brooks. Then sign Stephenson.

Lineup

Rondo brooks
Stephenson  brooks Saric
Parker  Saric
Sullinger Olynk Saric
Asik Biyombo Olynk

I like that actually a lot better.
