It is hard to try and guess what teams will be out there for me at 18.  I do think I should make out pretty solid and then with so many options in the following round, I think I will have a pretty solid team.  I just have to figure out if I'm going for the title this year or building a future dynasty.  Probably depend a bit on who is available for the franchise.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

  • Derrick Rose is year-to-year
Got one of the best point guards in the NBA, and a do everything lock down defender. Not a bad start I'd say.
CB Draft: Golden State Warriors - 14.23
PG: Bledsoe/Lin/ Harris
SG: Beal/ Henderson/ Ingram
SF: Winslow/McDermott/
PF: Turner/ Acy / Hernangomez
C: Adams/ Turner/ McRoberts
DKC Nets: http://tinyurl.com/h5mdvwj

Top 5 went as expected.
yup, pretty much.  no surprises there.

I think the next couple are pretty sure things but should get real interesting starting around the 10th team.
No surprise coming on the 10th pick. I'll just take the best players available...team that is.
you always manage to pull off a surprise or two Nick.  you're one of the better GMs each season.  There's a reason why the #1 rule of the Pick 2 draft is "Don't trade with Nick unless you feel like getting taken"   ;)

He'll make it. He messaged me earlier.

I take no credit for my ability to GM...its all in my spreadsheet...it does all the work for me.

KGs Knee made this Excel sheet to keep track of rosters as the game progresses. Send some TPs his way.

Young Nick is gonna wait until the very end to make his pick...isn't he.

Sounds like Young Nick could be my son, he's was always making me wait around for stuff to get done.

Wow Young Nick is a big crap face.

Was hoping people would overlook the Conely/Gasol duo and opt for more flashy names.

And we're not even half way through the first round and our first DKC mention ;)
