His stock just sky rocketed!!  Despite getting double teamed and consistently fouled with virtually NO calls by McAdoo, he still drops 36 on UNC.

Man, some of the foul calls against him were utter bull crap.

UNC will not go far in the NCAA tourney with their FT shooting!!!

BTW, I told everyone that Syracuse was a paper tiger and I am sure that no one believed me.  Just saying:-)))

P.S. Sorry for the ramble.  I am peeved that my Wolfpack just got jobbed by the refs AT stinking HOME.  Boy, those refs must have been from around the corner in Chapel Hill!!!!!  I think they had UNC jerseys on underneath the strips.  How in the world does the leading scorer in the ACC who also leads the ACC in FG% NOT get the calls vs. McAdoo, the most overrated BUST in the country????????????????????????????????????????

TJ Warren is a stud and he should be lottery bound!  UNC will be just fine come tourney time, they have one of the best resumes in the country and haven beaten some of the best teams college basketball has to offer ( Duke, Kentucky, UL, MSU).

McAdoo overrated?  I think you may be the only person in the country that had him rated?

I am sure the Wolfpack will do just fine in the NIT:)  Just be happy that Hairston got kicked off the team because if he was on this team, it would be a wrap and Roy's boys would be cutting down the nets again for the 3rd time in a decade...

first time I really got to sit down and watch him, very impressive.  He is a professional scorer.  If the C's some how end up in the 7 range, I would be very happy if they came away with him...

I don't see him in the lottery.

I haven't been impressed with UNC's defense, but I just checked their efficiency and its far better than I thought. Brice Johnson cleaning up all the sloppiness outside helps a lot more than I thought I guess.

But I do think TJ Warren is a possible lottery pick.

Roy never really has good defensive teams but this year is different because they stink on offense, so they dedicated themselves on the other end of the floor.  They have won 11 straight and have some of the best wins in the country.  They went from a bubble team to a team that has a legit shot to make the elite 8 / final four.  Marcus Paige is one of the most improved players in the country and UNC will be preseason number 1 next season.  They are losing Mcdonald and replacing him with 3 top 15 recruits and scoring won't be an issue next year...

Maybe here it did here and with mock drafters, but I am pretty sure that all the scouts at Brewster Academy two years ago who watched Warren get 34 points against Nerlens Noel already knew?

If you are an NC State fan, you have no worries as there is a very intriguing replacement for Warren waiting in the wings.

His name of course would be Abdul Malik Abu. Abu is local and is a teammate of Crew Ainge at Kimball Union and will be beasting at NC State next year.

Or if you live in the Boston area, you can see him play live this Saturday against one of the best big men in the country (Goodluck Okonoboh) in Wilbraham.

It is just so much better actually going to these games, if you are in the New England area. Sunday is NESPAC championship final at Endicott College. 10 to 12 future first round picks will be there. If you go, you will be able to say next year at this time, "I saw for myself" .... as opposed to "the mock drafts say".

Have you seen Warren play or was this the first time?

Regardless, what other team or elite player would you like me to throw out that has been unable to contain TJ Warren for the past three years?

Warren is a professional scorer, he will be a guy that gets 20 a night in the NBA.  He can knock down 3's and has a nice mid-range game as well.  Really like the floaters in the lane too.  Some guys just have a knack to get buckets and Warren has it...

Didn't watch last nights game, I've watched NC State 4 or so times the past two years though.

I don't think he's a lottery pick, but you have risers like Lillard and others so I'm not going to say it with any sort of certainty that he won't be.

I don't think I'd take him if I was made GM for a day though, not that high.

He makes 30% of his 3s from the college line. That's not a good sign for his three point range.

As for a 20 PPG scorer in the NBA, I doubt it. There are a total of 21 player scoring 20 PPG (rounding up on John Wall/Arron Afflalo)
