If I were Rondo, I'd stay unless something perfect came along. Something perfect involves equal or better contract dollar value and length, a fantastic roster than suited me well, a solid organization and a window that looks viable for at least 5 years out.
Personally, I think that perfect opportunity for Rondo is unlikely to materialize . .. and even if it does, I believe the C's will really give him something to think about.
The C's have the solid organization, the history (and Rondo's history), a rabid sport market, some decent young players and a plethora of trade chips / picks.
That said, I bet Rondo takes his time seeing what the landscape looks like before signing with anyone, most likely the C's.
