Not sure they give up Teague.
I am sure.... they will not. Getting Teague or Horford for Jeff Green/Brandon Bass is just ridiculous.

You'd be amazed at the value Jeff Green has outside of Boston.

People offering Ben Gordon and a 2nd rounder.

Some ATL fans saying they wouldn't give up Carroll and Brand, let alone a pick or DS.
In general the fans always overvalue their own players. No way we get a first Schroeder and noguira for green imo but On the other end there is no way we deal Green for Carroll and brand.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

taking out a young rookie and adding a late/mid first round pick to the equation makes it more realistic.

First rounder+ Carroll+Brand= deal
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

yup, that's probably the deal, and I do it if I'm danny , even if we have to send a 2nd back.

Full rights to the nets pick this year and next year.
Atlanta first this year. And an expiring. For Green and bass.

Chalk it up, we in full tank mode, have three picks fr this year. And salary relief

Wait do you really think Jeff Green and Brandon Bass are worth 3 first round picks?

Two of those aren't really picks, there just getting the rights to the picks we already have.

Were trading Green and Bass for a 1st and an expiring.

This trade idea for Carrol? Like where is this love for Carroll coming from? I wouldn't do Bass for Carroll straight up never mind Jeff green, who yes in uncleSnooze button, but also on any given night that he wants to come to play he can drop 30-40. He would be the final piece Atlanta is looking for to finish off their core. If they really believe in Teague and Horford.

Lineup of

Teague
Korver
Green
Bass
Horford

Is a playoff team. I'm not big on Teague or Horford as being championship material players, but if Atlanta feels that way then they should make that trade.

For the celtics, we are looking to draft a SF so we don't need green, we have a huge salary relief, and we could trade Wallace and a first on draft night for an expiring or a smaller contract and we'd be in perfect situation.

Where is Millsap in your lineup for Atl?

As I said earlier in the thread, I think the deal is Brand, Schroeder, Carroll, and a first for Green and Pressey. If they don't want to do Schroeder, then maybe we switch out Pressey and use Faverani to get Nogueira.

Atl fans can try to use advanced statistics to explain why Green isn't any better than Carroll, but there are only so many sfs better than Green in the league - especially ones who have the ability to take over a game.

Fans constantly undervalue other teams players but when ATL fans tell me, "We'd probably take Green off your hands for expirings, but Ferry would probably want his first back for incentive", I've heard it all.

Majority of people from other teams I've talked to think Green is overpaid, overrated, and a negative value.

It's funny to me.
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Wow my bad I forgot about millsap, bass would come off the bench. That's a solid starting 5 of

Teague
Korver
Green
Millsap
Horford

Trade idea:

To hawks: Green
To Celtics: Carroll, Brand, 2014 draft option for 1st (likely nets will have better record, so we will choose the hawks pick)

Danny needs a shot to rebuild the team from ground up.

may have already been done but http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=n2jm84u

and the rights to Lucas Nogueira. no picks either way or us getting the Nets swap rights from them, either way is fine by me.

I like it, I'd want the rigthrs to swap the picks tho for this year.(the nets and hawks picks) throw in Bass or faveroni cause they need a big man after trading Ayrin.

throw in a big man? they can have Antony for there trade exception and one of those super protected second round picks that never actually change hands
