Here is my new perfect world scenario.
1. Trade Green, Vitor, and Pressey for Josh Smith
2. Get lucky in the lottery and get the #3 and #16 picks
3. Draft Parker or Wiggins at #3
4. On Draft day trade Sullinger, Bass, Bogans, #16 pick, 2015 Clippers pick, 2016 Nets pick (maybe top 5 protected) for Marc Gasol
5. Sign Pierce for the MLE
6. Resign Bradley to 3 year/$19 million deal with player option for year 3 (basically the same deal Gerald Henderson...a comparable player...got)
Go into next year with a rotation of Rondo/Bradley/Pierce/Smith/Gasol, with Parker/Wiggins, Kelly, and Wallace coming off the bench (or you could bring Pierce off the bench, but I think he probably starts). And they would still have a few more assets, with the Nets 2017 pick, the Philly 2015 pick, and all of their own picks, as well as the TPE.
That team would have a bit of everything. They should be nasty defensively, with a pesky backcourt and two elite defenders up front. They might not light it up offensively, but they don't really have any major weak links. And they still have a bright future, bringing in a potential star to learn how to win.
